Work was always a nag to me growing up, whether it was the trash, the dishes or even getting into my laundry. Everything I did seemed to be nothing but a chore, and I was driving myself insane. Grumbling and mumbling, when I don’t know if you remember or not I posted something previously here about the movie American History X, and that laundry room scene where the white inmate and the black inmate were talking to another and it was not productive, it was combative and spiteful behavior. Instead of trying to make the workday or the activity productive, they instead chose to make it into a archaic and barbaric event.
Do not grumble sweeping the floors, rejoice in knowing, your service has a benefit, and its in giving back and to helping. If you do something out of spite, or out of greed to persuade and destroy a person not build them up, that is terribly wrong and erroneous. Be helpful, and encourage others.
