MERRY CHRISTmas or Xmas

Well its that time of year again, CHRISTMAS. This year I’ll spending it alone. I do love to play the victim this time of year. Something that God is really trying to work on my heart with is learning to be solely dependent on Him, and not my fellow humans.

Its actually genius, and its no wonder that God Himself intended it this way.

I have a lot more respect for Jake Paul than that clown next to him. But if we’re being honest here, I could without them all together.

My grandpa, or “poppi” as we have always called him throughout life. Is not doing well. Maybe if not the toughest and no bs, kind of guys I know. He never backed down to a physical challenge, and the old man has always had some thunder under his feet. I do love him, and I love my grandma as well.

I haven’t been a good grandson, its not hard to see. But this entire issue of good versus bad, and bad versus good…. and weighing things in terms of better or worse, is not only sinful, its actually not real Christianity.

See while see things in terms of graphics and numbers, God sees us all as equals.

Sin does keep us longer than we intended, and it can possibly even deliver and hand us over to death,. I didnt do well on my sobriety this year, it was never easy for me. I do look forward to 2026 to be a more sober year. If nothing more, I want to make sobriety my highest goal and achievement. I know I can do it, I have done it before, and actually even enjoyed and had fun with life in the process.

There is an issue with communication and people, and its simply the fact that we have sober people communicating with high people, or maybe drunk people. The sober people suffer, and the inebriating heathens run amok. But one thing I want to make clear, is that addicts are people and human beings too. If your sobriety makes you feel or think of yourself as better, than you yourself are no better than a drunk.

It is a battle, and one that cannot be victorious without Christ. Be encouraged! and blessed. It works if you work it.
