Its time to get serious and by serious I mean, the proof is in the pudding. I know its a commonalaty, with every day life and everyone is accepting of it. But its time to get rid of it, and start focusing on our own responsabalilities like school and work.

I had no idea how much it affects my own psychology and how I interact with regular everyday life. Its not a fun conversation or an easy topic, to bring up with anyone, because it invites unnecessary circumstances, that can and will turn things into a bad situation, for yourself or maybe even others around you. Hormones and temperment with people are things that spontaneously respond to stimuli.

Easing tension and relaxing is nessary, but you need to address it in a healthy and productive way. Exercize is the best contendor, and hobbies and activities these are the most productive way to not only help yourself but also to help the community and the people around you.

Akward looks and weird vibes? so what! its life, and everyone has to deal with differenet degrees of stress and pains. Its not comfortable, and its not easy, that is why life has many different avenues and faculty’s to aleviate and help with the stressors and hurts. Which for me, is bible reading, praying and quiet time of reflection and being mindful of my life environment. And accurately addressing the stressors in my life, and how to address them producely not maliciously or aggressively, or selfishly. There is an ambition and a motive behind every action, its good that you get your head into the bible and the person of Christ, to know how and what you should do to address life.

So while yes, this is uncomfortable and not something I wanted to have here. It does need to be addressed and discussed.
