It goes without saying persecution and oppression of human individuals are far more drastic overseas. But now even in America it is getting worse. I wanted to share this from the VOICE of the MARTYRS, concerning what is going on in Nigeria.
I know it is difficult financial times, for many. But even praying and interceding for those who suffer and are struggling will help dramatically.
Also with now many observing “pride month” for the homosexuals. Please don’t let your guard down, and be vigilant. Cannot save anyone that doesn’t want to change a core fundamental attribute as obvious your sexuality. These people love to get an inch, and they use any leverage to snake their way and abuse anyone possible. They are perverts, and delusional.
I understand what it says in Romans and Acts, and it specifically calls them out for what they are. But something sobering I read later in the passages, is to not be intolerant about the fact that we ourselves are sinner ourselves.
This is where people will run themselves in circles, trying to call sins out and cherry pick. God didn’t make homosexuals, the devil did.

| Killed at a Prayer Meeting |
| Today, Christians are being killed for following Jesus in hostile areas and restricted nations. When Christians are martyred for their faith, you can help meet the needs of the families they leave behind. On May 20, 2025, armed Islamic terrorists attacked a church outside of Fada N’Gourma in eastern Burkina Faso. As church members held a prayer meeting inside, the terrorists entered the building and killed two men, allowing women and children to flee. The attackers also ransacked the pastor’s nearby home and burned several motorcycles and carts that were vital for local transportation. One of the murdered men was 18-year-old Jeremi Thiombian. The other was a church elder named Amadou Thiombiano, who is survived by his wife and three children. When Christian men are martyred, their widows and children often lose their only source of income and struggle to meet basic needs like shelter and food. Front-line workers are now helping care for Amadou’s widow and children. Your gifts help encourage and support families like Amadou’s, letting them know that they are loved and cared for by the global body of Christ. Pray for this church in Burkina Faso and for Amadou’s family as they continue to grieve — and consider how you can stand with our persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ today. A gift to VOM’s Global Ministry can be used to respond to persecution and provide necessary support for the families of martyrs, as well as provide Bibles, equip front-line workers and share the inspiring stories of our persecuted Christian family. |

This is a respectable name as far as I am aware, and the money should be going towards what it says.
Human trafficking and helping abolish prostitution and pornography are other avenues that desperately need help and prayer.
