8 weeks drop fat?

Watching the following video, I finally see something that caught my attention. It doesn’t sound realistic because these gentleman that benefited from this, were older aged. Some as old as into their 50s. I myself in my early 40s.

Fat is not something you want around your body. It slows you down, it can mentally fatigue and depress you. So its definitely a priority to work towards a regimen to improve your physical body by combating against it. Currently my body weight is around 190lbs to maybe even over 200lbs currently. I am ok, I can do and achieve most if not everything I want to or need to. But I do encounter and suffer from strong and severe pain in my lower to mid part of my back. Seems like any time I am on my fat for any length of time, it begins to flare up. And its my theory that my stomach belly fat, is the main cause of that. Well the fact I am a lazy piece of shit, and am sitting on my ass a lot.
