From what I understand this is nothing more than a translation re-boot of the original Saturn game. I haven’t did enough research yet, to fully understand the full scope of this project. But gaming is becoming nothing new, literally!
Imagine seeing this title at its release. A groundbreaking and original title.
But now, gaming is nothing more than polishing and shitting out the work of older developers. As if it wasn’t enough they are capitalizing from Panzer Dragoon games, then Lunar… and that is only scratching the surface.
I know, I know… I am the old man on the hill, waving around his cane. But this is seriously becoming a steaming pile as far as I am concerned. The same is going for movies and all forms of entertainment and media. Please don’t get me started on music.
I will be eager to look into the original Saturn game, but no I am not at all interested in this, or even remotely excited otherwise.
Our world today is on a societal and economic collapse. And the last thing we need is spending the upwards of $80+ for video games. Seriously folks, stop wasting your hard earned cash on re-boots.
Or better yet, do one better. And make an actual original and new video game! I know it can be done. I think about the game Slain, Mortal Shell and countless others.
I knew it was only a matter of time until greedy devs and people started to see the interest in the independent translating scene. They aren’t content with making accessible translations for non-profit.
And its astounding to me, this already has drooling fan boys (maybe girls) on the internet. Getting a hard on about this slop.
