Bible

If you are here that means you are interested in either getting into reading the bible yourself or learning more about the bible I read and more about specifics concerning that. From what I understand the best version is the KJV (king james version) or maybe NKJV (new king james version), There is nothing wrong with this version, but you better be prepared to be speaking in they, thy and thou kind of old english speech.

For me personally I enjoy the NASB (new american standard), From what I have been told by my brother in law this is the most literal version of the bible. What does this mean? it means that it gets down to the grit of the text and lets you know the intention, focus and objective. It cuts out a lot of the unnecessary wordiness and drives home, the meaning.

There is no right or wrong version, well that isn’t exactly true. The original texts are a source of contention and debate, because even to this day we are struggling and fighting for authenticity versus mans wisdom and political bias.

I hope to complete this section and write more soon.
