Luke 8:10
Jesus spoke, “You have been chosen to know the secrets about the kingdom of God. But I use stories to speak to speak to other people so that:
“they will look, but they may not see. They will listen, but they may not understand.” -Isaiah 6:9
I was reading this, this morning, and it revealed to me the nature of Jesus teachings. For me understanding the bible was always from the words of other people, and here I am saying that, now I am that person. I am always careful to not discuss the bible or talk about my own beliefs with others because I don’t want to become a distraction or obstacle in others way. But I know now for certain, that I am a believer and I do need to speak and share what I believe openly, and honestly.
Today is a gift and one I was not promised. I do pray and hope that others including yourself reading will be blessed and have a good day.
I want to take note that the bible is revealed and released in many different translations, and that times often or not man will do their best to put in the text their own opinion and knowledge to pervert or to misguide the intention of the original written texts of the one true holy bible. So you as the reader always be prepared to use tools and steps to ensure you reading a good and accurate text of the bible. I myself use https://biblehub.com/ and this web site has many different and various resources to help find the best translation. You are welcome and encouraged to share with me what tools you use and may be of some help to even myself.
