It doesn’t get much more poingant and overt than this. The blood is the offering from Christ and its symbolic of His suffering. And if your like me, I am suffering from all these satanic bands that take the name of Christ and tear it part. And destroy it with their blasphemous messages.
This kind of nonsense has been going on since the 80s, and we are still seeing bands overflowing with hate and disgusting. And its not getting any better. But one thing is better, and that is this EP! while short and not much on the bone, it does satisfy a listeners apetite for harder darkened black death metal, with lyrics and themes that are respectful and mindful of Christ and the body of the church.
Which by the way, I still not an active participant. The last live service I went to was at South Church with my mom, and I did enjoy it. I have been doing bedside baptist, for too long, and believe me, I am going to get myself into a actual church body and work with them, locally and help spread the news of Jesus. Because this world is satisfied on something, that is not quite keeping people sustained, and full.
So if your in the mood for something with darker and themes and more blast beats, this is right up your alley. And if you are curious about satanic bands? yes, they have orgies sodomize goats and do whatever the hell they want to. Because america is a free country, and people are not afraid to get a little spooky at times.
Im not at all thrilled to see the image and the sanctity of Christ and His death being disrespected, especially for money and for the encouragement of bad and life threatening behaviors. Ive done the dance, Ive sang the songs, its not my kind of lifestyle, and I am not at all impressed with the worlds hate for Christ.
I do pray for those involved in this music, that they do take it seriously. And instead of layering down, lyrics and vomit about satanic themes and barbaric practices, that they too, should be aware of the reality of life. The depiction and reality of the imagination, add to the fact with drugs and alcohol, an adolescant mind is not ready for that kind of party.
I love death metal, and black metal music. But the Lord of Lords, the one true God almighty, He made the vocal chord, and He gave man the ability to do guttural vocals. And Chrirstian death metal, is and was the foudation and orgin of this bizzare music you enjoy today. Ok, I dont know that for a fact, but I was starting to get a little carried away, and it sounded right.
So whether sinner or saint, we all hold hands and fold before our judge, the God of this world. And its my biggest and greatest encouragement, that if anyone is curious or wanting to know more about Jesus. Than to find a local church, or find like minded individuals in your community, and get the help and resources necessary to help you live and lead a better life.
It takes work, time, but its a life worth living, and for once you will feel revived. And renewed in the blood of Jesus.
