I didn’t immediately identify with the label, Broken Curfew Records, and this did catch me off guard, when I learned that they are a band with great lyrics and presentation, overall. No riddles, no guessing, just great message and a sound I can only describe as metal with core infused elements, it often does go into even death and black metal elements.
Its not overtly metal, in the sense that its going to summon the elitists from their game of dungeons and dragons, but it has just enough brunt to it, it got this miserable sinner to pay attention.
As I said before you can get the full release yourself for around $8 (digital), or $9 (physical).
Be aware of shipping costs, I got blindsided by a person on there who charged $7.77 for a physical CD, and then charged me almost $20. I am sorry but I know the US postal system, and that is ridiculous to charge that much for a compact disc.
Its a real shame when you need to question the motives and intentions of others in the christian metal scene.
You are doing the Lord’s work, the bill pays for itself. If you want to make money, keep working your day job. Much like everyone else who is making music.
