Our beliefs are important, they reflect on our hobbies interests and our behavior as people. One thing Ive got lost in was this very spectacle and scapegoat. Its the same issue I have with film and music. We have actors and representations of truth and reality, but its done for profit and its feeding a machine that continues to run and operate to this day, because we are feeding it.
And now with AI, its being done while the creator of Spawn is able to collect and have fanciful and care free talks like this.
I liked Spawn as a kid. It was new, it was visceral and it was represented by a person of color, and it shared with the world a new comic. It shared a fake portrayal of hell. And reality.
The thing about this, is that this man benefits from the bible, he benefits from people of color. And he can’t even admit, that the very person and thing in that bible, died for him. I don’t know the color or person of Jesus Christ, and neither does anyone living today. It makes no difference to me, Jesus as a person and His purpose and reality in this life, is evident of God. The reality of God, and the reality of His creation.
I like comic books, I always have, but I like reality and truth being depicted.
I mean no insult to anyone here, and I don’t want a smear campaign.
This world today is learning about mankind, and its starting to see that man has a fallen and broken nature. And its sin, and the devil profits, not in peace or anything beneficial. But selfish death. Agonizing terrifying death for eternity. The pages of the bible are as true today, as they were written on the tablets, on scrolls and rocks.
Just as you are preserving that perfect copy of a video game, or comic book. Men and woman are working to keep the truth and reality of the pages of the bible.
Its a shame that Todd cannot empathize or relate, or even consider another viewpoint or perspective. Its not up to me to judge, its up to God.
