when I first started working out, I didn’t know know much about anything. I would eat a routine meal of no specific agenda or design but to just eat. Now I am more aware of the necessity of a better diet. When I started learning about supplements, it excited me, because I was starting enjoy exercise, but it did begin to feel like a chore, and I didn’t always have the desire or want to get into the gym. This is when I learned about pre-workouts.
When I first ever used them it was no-xplode and it worked out amazing. but after time it stopped doing much of anything. After that I used just about anything under the sun. Once I learned about a potent chemical in a pre-workout that is now banned, I was certain that pre-workout powders are just not worth the money. This product has an impressive list of ingredients, I am not a scientist or a chemist, and I have no idea the price and the process of manufacturing and making a powder like this. It does stress the question, that what exactly is the price point of the product concerning the ingredients and the quantity received. I spent $60 on this and I got less than a month worth of use. I do feel like it was not worth it to me.
That being said, I do not know cost and process of making something like this, so regardless of what I think, I may just be ignorant or cheap. Because it does work good for me, and I enjoy its effects. I am just curious why these pre-workouts now are currently shifting into 20 servings versus 30, and the price point is elevating. So much like a drug dealer on the streets, this is in fact the nature and the reality of the supplement industry.
Being in jail or isolated anywhere you are stuck with nothing but processed slop, and whatever kind of goodies the facility will offer you for your delicate pennies. People that are incarcerated have drive and worth ethic like no else, and unless they have a secret stash of something illegal, they can only rely on instant coffee.
And you see some of the most impressive physiques coming from out of prison and jail, and without a doubt the military.
Bottom line nothing is going to do the work for you, you have to have the drive and the motivation to do it yourself.
And better than a bottom line is the person and nature of Jesus Christ, of whom did not workout like a bodybuilder he was a carpenter and a man of nature and he was working none stop with the world and the environment. He wasn’t going into a gym and trying to chisel his abs or starring at a mirror and admiring his biceps, he achieved it through work ethic and drive. And most of all the holy spirit leading guiding and directing him.
Humility and being humble is tough, and confidence and self esteem, and self reliance and feelings of cowardice and fear. Its all very difficult, but unfortunately we live in a imperfect world. God is real and He does speak through scriptures and events and actions and the nature of the universe and how it works and operates. There is a balance and a rhythm and flow, of how things work and operate.
