Did you know this day and age we have a system of people who behave and act in such a fashion that they brandish their behavior from the same instincts and butchery of those wild animals in the jungle?

Much of this no different than the behavior and operation of our jail and prison system. For those who have been locked up, you know the very art of looking over your shoulder or keeping an eye open.

I remember growing up and smoking weed at a friend’s house, and he broke out the book, “48 laws of power”. He shared this with me like it was the holy grail and an invaluable resource or discovery. I was intrigued and did look through it a bit. But thing became apparent to me after summarizing most of the information. It’s a tool book to take advantage and get what YOU want from people.

Much of the psychology and mindset of drug addicts and alcoholics is really no different.

And yes, the kill or be killed nature and environment of jail and prison is much in the same terms.

So, with all of this said, it became evidently clear to me that the Christian Walk and life is not as easy as one might think. Because even in church there are Indvidual’s like this hiding in the corners, and like the devil are looking for ways to take advantage.

Much of my relationships and people I hang around are more than less willing to even allow myself to get close to them, because I have burned them in the past, and they are actually traumatized by my past behavior, they do not want to let it happen again. And who am I to try to convince them otherwise?

The Narrow and Wide Gates

¹³ “Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. ¹⁴ For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it.

Too many times, I see individuals who get their advice and instructions from comic books, movies and entertainment. Or they worship and follow men like Nietzche or even musicians.

And when somebody mentions the bible, they get up and arms and claim that came from foolish men and women! and yet here they are following men and women off a cliff into suicide or substance abuse.

The bible is a book filled with men and women who have illustrated and shared the wonder and majesty of God and the walk of the disciples and Jesus Himself.

If you fail to see God working in your conscious and faculty’s or even through nature and science itself, then I am sorry, but you are ignorant. You have hardened your heart, and the devil has somehow got too far of a foothold in your life.

The devil works in illusions and lies, don’t you dare forget it!
