For those under a rock the dev scene on dreamcast is equally as impressive as on the saturn. And is really taking shape with some great titles. While the original gta 3 is sleeper to me, I am excited to see vice city as I did actually enjoy that game from the series. But as a whole I much prefer the first 2 original game and really would rather see the series go away to be honest.
Wipeout is a game I just now am getting into on the ps1 and saturn to see this port on the dreamcast was actually pretty exciting news to hear about.
As for doom, I did get my feet a little wet with the port of doom 64 on the pc, I never did play the original game on the n64, but am very impressed and in love with it.
This is just the beginning! as technology advances and the flow and understanding of things gets better, I do feel like a lot of these earlier consoles will really test their limitations and put out some awesome games!
