Your life is not my life, and vice versa. One thing I am learning the older I get, is that my business is just that my own. I don’t know what’s good for you, I don’t know what diet works universally, or the perfect exercise or routine for you. I know what is good for myself, and it works and it helps me.
Its really nauseating to get on the internet and everyone is peddling the next best thing, and claiming up the mountain that they have it all figured out.
Think about environment, think about where a person is at in their life. Your environment and your job and your life as a whole is exclusively your own.
You go and dedicate your heart and soul to technology for the answers. I’ll be using the same book from the beginning of time the BIBLE.
